Access to all facilities and services on the Access List should be provided on reasonable terms and conditions as stipulated in section 149 of the CMA.
For the facilities and services on the Access List that are regulated under the MSAP, service providers should include the rates that they offer subject to the rates not exceeding the maximum prices prescribed in the MSAP.
For the facilities and services on the Access List that are not regulated under the MSAP, service providers should include the rates that they offer, provided that the
rates comply with section 149 of the CMA.
