About the Programme
This programme will provide participants with knowledge of the Postal and Courier service industry policies, regulations, and ongoing developmental initiatives. It is aimed at increasing awareness and understanding of postal and courier services, thereby guiding industry practitioners to deliver first-class services and experience to the end customer.
