The difference between these two services is the point of delivery. The Bitstream with Network Service is delivered at the Access Seeker’s premises. The Bitstream without Network Service is delivered at the Access Provider’s premises and would
require co-location at the Access Provider’s premises. The Access Seeker has the choice whether to request Bitstream with or without Network Service.
