Are the following instruments still valid?

(i)     Access List Determination 2001; 

(ii)    Mandatory Standard on Access 2003; and  

(iii)   Mandatory Standard on Access Pricing 2003. 
 

Yes.  Access List Determination 2001, Mandatory Standard on Access 2003 and Mandatory Standard on Access Pricing 2003 will continue to apply to access agreements registered with the SKMM prior to 1 July 2005.
