Signing Ceremony on Market Surveillance Program between MCMC and Sirim QAS and e-ComM Workshop
Communication and Multimedia Certification Section (CMCS) of SIRIM QAS International would like to invite you to participate in the Workshop for Online Certification for Communication and Multimedia products (e-ComM).The event will commence with a signing ceremony between Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (SKMM) and SIRIM QAS International on Market Surveillance program for communications equipment. The aim of Market Surveillance is to ensure that the equipment available in the market complies with the standards and technical regulations as required by the law thus protect consumers from possible harm.
The workshop provides great opportunity to enhance your knowledge on the know-how to use e-ComM as well as to provide updates on certification requirements which are incorporated into e-ComM itself. Moreover, this workshop would serve as a platform for us to exchange information. We appreciate if you could forward any feedback or suggestion for future improvement in our services to our customers.
To fully utilize the hands-on training during the workshop, we suggest that all participants bring their own laptop. For your information, WiFi is available in the auditorium for all participants. Nevertheless, participants are encouraged to bring their own modem to avoid any congestion in network.
