Briefing on and Invitation to Register of Interest as Universal Service Provider for the Provision of Netbooks together with Broadband Access Package under Komputer 1Malaysia Phase 3 Initiative

The Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (SKMM) is pleased to invite interested licensees to attend a briefing on Request for Proposal for Komputer 1Malaysia Project Phase 3. The detail of the briefing is as follows:
