The Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) is pleased to announce the Guideline on the Provision of Community Radio Service. Community radio is typically a small scale, low cost, not for profit radio broadcasting system designed to deliver content that has specific interest to the community it serves. This Guideline issued by MCMC elucidates the licensing, spectrum, installation and technical standard requirements for the operation and provisioning of community radio services
