The Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) would like to review the current Mandatory Standards for the Quality of Service for Broadband Wireless Access Service and to introduce the new Mandatory Standards for the Quality of Service for Broadband Access Service (Fixed). MCMC invites submissions from members of the public, industry and other interested parties on the proposed standards and questions raised in this paper. Both Quality of Service (QoS) Mandatory Standards are to ensure high levels of user-confidence in service delivery from the industry and to ensure that the expectations of end-users are effectively protected.
