Universiti Malaysia Kelantan (UMK) is conducting a survey titled ‘A Study on The Consumer Perspective and Experience in Postal Article Safety Throughout Last-Mile Delivery for The Postal and Courier Industry’ under the MCMC Digital Society Research Grant (DSRG).
