Interconnect Link Service in the Mandatory Standard on Access Pricing refers to in-span interconnection.
For fully managed interconnect link, where it consists of only the trunk network, the Transmission Service prices shall apply. If it consists of the trunk and tail portion, then the Wholesale Local Leased Circuit Service prices shall apply.
For example, for a fully managed interconnect link service with the capacity of 2 Mbps, parties may negotiate a price not exceeding the mandated maximum price for Transmission Service at 2 Mbps or the components for Wholesale Local Leased Service at 2 Mbps, as applicable.
In order to provide transparency, the Access Providers shall segregate the trunk and tail(s) segment and provide the appropriate distances, as the case may be, for each fully managed interconnect link.
