Clarification on MS on Access and Registration of Access Agreements

What is the charging principle used in Emergency, Operator Assisted and Directory Assistance services?

Paragraph 2 of the TRD006/98 has been revoked, pursuant to the Determination on the Mandatory Standard on Access Pricing, Determination No. 1 2003.  However, Appendix III of TRD006/98 regarding the cost based prices for ancillary services is still applicable.
