YBhg. Datuk Mohamad Fauzi Bin Md Isa
YBhg. Datuk Mohamad Fauzi Bin Md Isa has been appointed as Commission Member of the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission effective from 25 May 2023 for a period of two (2) years.
Born in Kepala Batas, Kedah on 6 February 1968, YBhg. Datuk Mohamad Fauzi bin Md Isa obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from Southwest Texas State University in 1990. In 2006, he completed his postgraduate education at the National University of Malaysia (UKM), where he earned an MBA in business administration. In 1996, he received a Diploma in Public Administration from the Institut Tadbiran Awam Negara (INTAN).
YBhg. Datuk Mohamad Fauzi spent 29 years in the civil service, beginning his tenure as an Administrative and Diplomatic Officer at the Ministry of Housing & Local Government in 1994. During his years in the civil service, he has held positions with the Public Service Department (JPA), the Immigration Department of Malaysia, and the Ministry of Home Affairs. Presently, he holds the position of Secretary General at the Ministry of Communication and Digital (KKD).
In 2012, YBhg. Datuk Mohamad Fauzi bin Md Isa was awarded Anugerah Ahli Mangku Negara (A.M.N) for his immense contributions. YBhg. Datuk Mohamad Fauzi also had been conferred with state awards, including Setia Diraja Kedah (S.D.K) in 2017 and Darjah Pangkuan Seri Melaka (D.P.S.M) in 2021. Additionally, he has been appointed as a Felo Adjung Pusat Kerajaan at Universiti Utara Malaysia from 15 December 2021 to 14 December 2023.
