Appointment of Date of Coming into Operation
 

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998 [Act 588 ], the Minister appoints 1 April 2000 as the date of the coming into operation of the Act for sections 157, 159, 160, 161, 162, 164, 165, 166, 167, 168, 169, 170, 171, 176 and 178 of the Act.
