What price will VoIP operators pay for access to the fixed and mobile networks?

For termination services, the mandated prices in the Mandatory Standard on Access Pricing (MSAP) will be applicable, whereas for transit services, as the service is not part of the fixed/mobile termination services, the prices are not regulated.
