MALAYSIAN COMMUNICATIONS AND MULTIMEDIA COMMISSION ACT 1998
PART II - THE COMMISSION
Section 12. Revocation of appointment and resignation.
(1) The Minister may at any time revoke the appointment of any member of the Commission without assigning any reason therefor.
(2) A member of the Commission may, at any time, resign from his appointment by giving a notice in writing to the Minister.
