MALAYSIAN COMMUNICATIONS AND MULTIMEDIA COMMISSION ACT 1998
PART II - THE COMMISSION
Section 6. Membership of Commission.
The Commission shall consist of the following members who shall be appointed by the Minister:
(a)
a Chairman;
(b)
three members representing the Government;and
(c)
not less than two but not more than five other members.
