PART V - LICENCE FEES

Regulation 34. Class licence fees.

(1) A person who wishes to operate under a class licence shall be subjected to the following fees:

(a)

registration fee; and

(b)

such other fees as may be relevant and as set out in the Second Schedule.

(2) The registration fee shall be payable by the person to the Commission upon the registration of that person as a class licensee.
