Regulation 33. Individual licence fees.
(1) A person who wishes to operate under an individual licence is subject to the following fees:
(a) approval fee;
(b) applicable annual licence fee;
(c) renewal fee; and
(d) such other fees as may be relevant and set out in the First Schedule.
(2) An approval fee shall be payable upon approval of the application for each individual licence.
(3) Each individual licensee shall pay the applicable annual licence fee for each individual licence held as follows:
(a) on the first anniversary of the licence and annually thereafter, a sum of RM50,000.00 as initial payment of the applicable annual licence fee; and
(b) the balance due, if any, within the time period specified in the notice by the Commission.

(4) A renewal fee shall be payable upon approval of the application for renewal of each individual licence.
(5) The Minister may by an order published in the Gazette—
(a) exempt any holder of a registered licence under the repealed Acts, who applies for an individual licence under the Act in substitution of his old licence from payment of fees notwithstanding paragraph (1)(a) and subregulation (2); or
(b) exempt any person from the payment of any or all of the fees under subregulation (1) if the Minister is satisfied that the facility or service is provided on a non-commercial basis and for the benefit of the public or national interest.
