COMMUNICATIONS AND MULTIMEDIA (LICENSING) REGULATIONS 2000
PART IV - CLASS LICENCE

Regulation 27. Minister may modify, vary or revoke the conditions of or add further conditions to a class licence.

(1) The Minister may, by declaration, during the validity period of a class licence -

(a)

modify, vary or revoke any standard condition attached to a class licences; and

(

impose further conditions to a class licence.

(2) The Minister may, before taking any action under subregulation (1) , consider the following matters:

(a)

the impact of such changes, if any, on the communications market;

(

the impact of such changes, if any (including the possibility of disruption of a service) on customers; and

(c)

such other matters as the Minister may decide from time to time.
