PART III - INDIVIDUAL LICENCE
Regulation 22. Content applications service provider individual licence.
(1) A content applications service provider individual licence may be granted to a person providing any or all of the following content applications service:
(a) satellite broadcasting;
(b) subscription broadcasting;
(c) terrestrial free to air TV;
(d) terrestrial radio broadcasting; or
(e) such other content applications services which are not exempt under the Act or not subject to a class licence under Part IV of these Regulations or not listed in this subregulation.

(2) In addition to the special conditions stipulated in regulation 18, a content applications service provider individual licence shall include the following special conditions, as declared by the Minister:
(a) a content applications service provider individual licensee shall provide local content programmes and those that promote Malaysian culture and national identity; and
(b) the individual content applications service provider shall carry public announcements for the purposes of the Government or for public or national interest.
