COMMUNICATIONS AND MULTIMEDIA (LICENSING) REGULATIONS 2000
PART III - INDIVIDUAL LICENCE
Regulation 20. Network service provider individual licence.
A network services provider individual licence may be granted to a person for providing any or all of the following network services:
(a) bandwidth services;
(b) broadcasting distribution services;
(c) cellular mobile services;
(d) access applications service;
(e) space services; or
(f) switching services;
(g) gateway services; or;
(h) such other network services which are not exempt the Act or not subject to a class licence under Part IV of these Regulations or not listed in this subregulation.
