COMMUNICATIONS AND MULTIMEDIA (LICENSING) REGULATIONS 2000
PART III - INDIVIDUAL LICENCE
Regulation 19. Network facilities provider individual licence.
(1) A network facilities provider individual licence may be granted to a person to own or to provide any or all of the following network facilities:

(a) earth stations;
(b) fixed links and cables;

(d) radiocommunications transmitters and links;
(e) satellite control station;
(f) satellite hubs;
(g) space station;
(h) submarine cable landing centre;
(i) [Deleted P.U.(A) 144/2005];
(j) towers, poles, ducts and pits used in conjunction with other network facilities; or
(k) such other network facilities which are not exempt under the Act or not subject to a class licence under Part IV of these
Regulations or not listed in this subregulation.

(2) For the purposes of this regulation, "provide" includes establishing, installing, operating and maintaining.
