COMMUNICATIONS AND MULTIMEDIA (LICENSING) REGULATIONS 2000
PART III - INDIVIDUAL LICENCE

Regulation 5. Ineligibility.

The following persons or classes of persons shall be ineligible to apply for an individual licence:

(a)

a foreign company as defined under the Companies Act 1965 [

Act 125

];

(

an individual or a sole proprietorship;

(c)

a partnership; and

(

such other persons or classes of persons as may be decided by the Minister from time to time.
