(1) The Radiocommunications (Exemption) Order 1994 [P. U. (A) 167/94] is revoked.

(2) The Radiocommunication (Specific Services) Order 1993 [P. U. (A) 291/93] is revoked.

(3) The relevant provisions of the Radiocommunications Regulations 1995 [P. U. (A) 224/95] in so far as they relate to the matters which are provided for in these Regulations are revoked.
