PART II - CERTIFYING AGENCY

Regulation 11. Certificate of registration.

The Commission shall issue a certificate of registration to the certifying agency for the relevant category of registration subject to-

(a)

expiration of the certificate for a particular category of registration; and

[Am. P.U.(A) 261/2001]

the applicant has paid the prescribed fee.
