Broadcasting (Licences for Television Broadcast Receivers and Dealing in Radio and Television Broadcast Receivers) (Revocation) Regulations 2000

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 273(2) of the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998 [Act 588], the Minister makes the following regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. (1) These regulations may be cited as the Broadcasting (Licences for Television Broadcast Receivers and Dealing in Radio and Television Broadcast Receivers) (Revocation) Regulations 2000.

(2) These Regulations come into operation on 1 April 2000.

Revocation

2. The Broadcasting (Licences for Television Broadcast Receivers and Dealing in Radio and Television Broadcast Receivers) Regulations 1991 [P. U. (A) 197/91] are revoked.
