Chapter 8 - Registration Of Agreements

Section 91. When the Commission shall register the agreement.

The Commission shall register the written agreement if the Commission is satisfied that the agreement is consistent with—

(a)

the objects of this Act;

(b)

any relevant instrument under this Act; and

(c)

any relevant provisions of this Act or its subsidiary legislation.
