COMMUNICATIONS AND MULTIMEDIA ACT 1998
PART III - APPEAL TRIBUNAL
Section 19. Qualifications of members.
A person is qualified to be a member of the Appeal Tribunal if he has knowledge of or experience in—
(a)
the communications and multimedia industry;
(b)
engineering;
(c)
law;
(d)
economics or commerce; or
(e)
public administration.
