Chapter 1 - Ministerial Direction


Section 8. Variation of a direction.


(1) The Minister may at any time modify, vary or revoke a direction.

(2) The procedure set out in section 7 shall apply mutatis mutandis in respect of any modification, variation or revocation of a direction.
