Section 42. Bank accounts.
The Commission shall open and maintain an account or accounts with such bank or banks in Malaysia as the Commission thinks fit, after consulting the Minister; and every such account shall be operated upon as far as practicable by cheques signed by such person or persons as may, from time to time, be authorised by the Commission.
