ACT 589 MALAYSIAN COMMUNICATIONS AND MULTIMEDIA COMMISSION ACT 1998
PART III - POWERS AND FUNCTIONS OF COMMISSION
Section 18. Direction by Minister.
(1) The Commission shall be responsible to the Minister.
(2) The Minister may give to the Commission directions of a general character not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act relating to the performance of the functions and powers of the Commission and the Commission shall give effect to such directions.
