What We Do

Licences under the Postal Services Act 1991
Applying for a Licence

An application for a Courier Licence may be made to the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission. The applicant should refer to the Licence Application Guideline
for license requirements and to submit an application using the requisite Application Form.

Fee

Interested applicants may acquire Courier Licences for a certain fee. The licence fee is based on the licensee's gross turnover. The minimum amount payable is RM500.00 while the maximum amount is RM15,000.00. The details of the licence fee are available in the Licence Application Guideline.
